We’re an online business. We do not offer a click & Collect service.

Packaging & Postage

All products (except surfboards & international deliveries) are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.

Our standard packaging & postage charges are:

UK – £1.99 – £6.99 (depending on product)

Ireland – £2.99 – £9.99 (depending on product)

*EU Countries – £20.00 (estimated & depending on product)

*North America – £35.00 (estimated & depending on product)

*Australia – £35.00 (estimated & depending on product)

*Rest of The World – £35.00 (estimated & depending on product)

* For deliveries outside Ireland and the UK please contact us on info@wildatlanticsurfco.com for a quotation.

Note: We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.

The Delivery Address cannot be changed after an order is dispatched, however, should the package still be in our possession, we will endeavour to make any required amendments.

A signature may be required for a shipment. Before signing for a package please inspect for any damages. Once signed for you accept full liability and we cannot be held responsible for any missing goods.

 

Surfboard Delivery

Postage and packaging of surfboards within Ireland and the UK is £80. Surfboard orders are not refundable.

 

Your Right of Cancellation

When you are buying goods online, you are entering a legally binding contract. The UK law is the applicable law and our guarantee is valid within the UK.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have an allocated time period to examine the goods and exert your right to cancel your order or part of your order.

If you have had an item tailored or customised then these goods cannot be refunded on return.

You must choose options of a refund, replacement or exchange. You must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods and you return them to us by post. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, Wild Atlantic Surf Co reserves the right to refuse a refund and send the item back at your expense.

The cutoff date for return is 30 days for a refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
